Confirm that you would like assistance by tapping Invite Host.

If you tap Ask for Help, it will notify the meeting host that you need assistance and they will be asked to join your breakout room.

Repeat as necessary to join other breakout rooms, or click Leave Room to return to the main session.

Tap the Breakout Room you wish to participant in and then tap Join.

The host will need to facilitate moving these participants manually. Be careful as to which you choose as you will have to join the meeting again if you click on leave the entire meeting by mistake.
